filbit's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the filbit platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your filbit account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
filbit does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. filbit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
